The Cosmetic Business Forum is a B2B conference for suppliers of products and services, distributors and retailers, focused on the most important events and trends in the cosmetic business. It combines lectures by experts, panel discussions, presentations of trends and fairs of new products. Above all, it gives the opportunity to establish direct contacts between potential business partners.
Relationships and business
The Cosmetic Business Forum has been held for 11 years now.Every year around 400 people take part in the event – these are managers of cosmetic companies and managers responsible for orders to retail chains and major distribution companies in Poland and the world. This year, the Forum participants will meet on 19 October 2023 in comfortable conditions, at MCC Mazurkas Conference Centre & Hotel in Ożarów Mazowiecki, only 6 km from Warsaw, in the close vicinity of exits from A2 and S8 roads.
The Cosmetic Business Forum has a typically business form. It combines lectures by experts, panel discussions, presentations of trends and new products. Above all, it gives the opportunity to establish direct contacts between potential business partners, also as part of arranged individual meetings (networking).
Trends and analysis
Lectures in the conference section are prepared by experts in their fields, representing, among others, leading international research institutes and consulting and advisory companies. We cooperate with such companies as PwC, Nielsen, Gfk Polonia, Euromonitor, Mobile Institute. The discussion panels are made up of practitioners with a significant influence on the shape of the cosmetic market in Poland. The conference divided into thematic sections such as: trade and distribution, consumer and trends, new technologies, gives a full picture of the cosmetic market and its changes.
Presentations of companies and brands
An integral part of the conference are fairs of top products, innovation and new products where the Forum’s partners present their brands and offer addressed to the retail sector and conduct business talks with potential contractors.
A strictly defined target group
Only entrepreneurs are guests of the Forum. These are mainly producers, distributors and importers of cosmetics. They are vividly interested in obtaining all information about how to develop their businesses in Poland and in the world, how to win new markets, develop new areas of commerce and marketing, how to use new technology in presentation of products, acquiring clients and contacts with consumers.
The second group consists of trade representatives – top level managers from all major retail chains – drugstores, pharmacies, hypermarkets and supermarkets, discount stores. CEOs, sales directors, procurement directors and buyers, who are in charge not only of the introduction of new products to retail chains, but also of technological solutions and tools enabling better business management and a more personalized offer for consumers.
Poland – one of the European leaders
Poland is the sixth cosmetic market in Europe and is growing the fastest on the continent. According to the Nielsen data, the Polish cosmetic and chemical market is worth PLN 33 billion, and half of this value is made up of cosmetic categories.
The cosmetic sector is one of the most thriving Polish industries, with almost 100 years of tradition, the state-of-art production plants and well-qualified staff. There are over 1,000 entities registered in the cosmetics sector. Cosmetics are the export specialty of Poland. They are valued for their exceptional quality and innovation, they already reach more than 160 countries around the world.
